Welcome to the 2026 Body Awareness Esoteric Yoga programs
With 2026 offering us the vibration of 1 which represents new beginnings, we will be reminded throughout the programs this year that although the esoteric yoga template remains the same, session after session, each session is a fresh moment for us to connect to the quality of our movements.
The esoteric yoga sessions that come through in the programs that I offer are always about body awareness, about being consciously present in our body, aligning the mind to what the body is doing. Being consciously present in our body creates space, welcomes the Soul to move to the front of our Livingness. Participating in esoteric yoga sessions can provide a connection which is often overlooked when hurrying through our busy lives.
You may find that morning sessions energise you, making you keen to get into the day ahead. The settlement and stillness (repose) of a session are the foundation for the activity (motion) of the day.
The evening sessions offer the same settlement and stillness (repose) but at the end of the day as you complete the activity. And, of course, following an evening session, you are bound to have an enriching night's sleep.

The Body Awareness recordings will allow you to playback at a later time which makes them ideal for participating at your convenience.
